Jewelry
All my jewelry is handmade, every piece will be unique and exclusive, please allow imperfections and slightly difference with the pieces on pictures, is part of the beauty.
I actually accept custom orders, so please you can contact me if you would like an special piece and telling me your ideas.
All my jewelry will arrive in beautiful gift box ready to give as a present.
Returns & Exchanges
It is very important for me that you are happy with your jewelry, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging. Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.
If your order arrived defective or damaged please contact me to receive a replacement.
– Sale items cannot be refunded.
– Custom made items cannot be refunded.
To complete your return or exchange please include your full name & email with a detailed request for a smooth process.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping & Delivery
The time I need to prepare an order for shipment varies, I will let you know the details by email. Generally, the jewelry will be shipped 3 to 7 days from receipt of order. One of a kind pieces in stock are ready to ship, and will ship within 1 to 3 days from receipt of order.
Domestic Shipments: Will be made through Paq. Standard mail, with an estimated delivery time of 24 to 72 hours.
Usually, international shipments are made by Registered mail, with delivery times that vary depending on the country:
Europe: 7 – 15 business days.
US: 10 – 15 business days.
Rest of the world: 10 – 25 business days.
Express shipments are made via DHL, with an estimated delivery time ranging from 1 to 6 days depending on the destination.
Please add your phone number on the order form, it is required by the shipping agency. Choose the Express Shipping option in the shopping cart.
Free shipping is available on purchases over 150 €.
I will do my best to meet these deadlines, but I cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. I am not responsible for delays that may occur due to customs, or country specific situations (strikes, weather, etc.).
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

You can choose different payment methods:

– Paypal.
– Apple Pay and Google Pay.
– Klarna, with installments.
Please note that all credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization to ensure the security of the purchase and prevent fraud.
Absolutely, because your data is transmitted using SSL encryption. When the bank confirms the authenticity of the card, the payment is made. Otherwise, the order is cancelled.
The payment will only be charged when your credit/debit card has been authorized by your bank, and you receive an email from KimyaJewels to confirm that your order has been successfully completed. If any incident occurs during the payment process, a message will immediately appear on your screen indicating that the payment could not be made.
