These Oxidized Silver Textured Earrings are defined by an intensely irregular surface, filled with small cavities, rough areas and subtle openings that give each piece a raw, almost mineral appearance.
Handcrafted in sterling silver, the dark oxidized finish settles into every detail of the texture, emphasizing its depth and creating subtle variations of light across the surface. The softly irregular outline contrasts with the rugged interior, giving the earrings a sculptural quality without relying on a perfectly geometric form.
At approximately 35 mm long, they have enough presence to frame the face while remaining comfortable for everyday wear. Their dark finish and powerful texture make them particularly distinctive, especially with simple clothing where the surface of the silver can take centre stage.
Part of the Vulcano Collection, this design explores irregular surfaces and forms inspired by processes of natural transformation. The collection also includes a matching ring and other interpretations of the design in satin silver and partially enameled silver.

Care & Maintenance
Every Kimya piece is handcrafted with care and designed to be enjoyed for many years.
To preserve its beauty, avoid prolonged contact with perfumes, creams and household chemicals. When you’re not wearing your jewellery, store it in a dry place, preferably in its box or a soft pouch.
Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time. This is a natural characteristic of the metal and part of its beauty. If you prefer to restore its original shine, gently clean your jewellery with a soft toothbrush using warm water, a little washing-up liquid and a drop of household ammonia. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.
Oxidized silver finishes may gradually soften over time, particularly on rings, bracelets and other pieces that are in frequent contact with the skin. This is a natural characteristic of oxidized silver and part of the way the piece evolves with wear.
As part of my commitment to every piece I create, I offer a complimentary maintenance service for all Kimya jewellery. Whenever needed, I will professionally clean, polish or re-oxidize your jewellery to help restore its original finish and beauty. You only need to cover the shipping costs. This service does not include repairs resulting from accidental damage, misuse or structural damage.
Please note: The cleaning method described above is suitable only for solid sterling silver jewellery. For pieces featuring pearls, coral, wood, textiles, delicate gemstones or other sensitive materials, please get in touch before cleaning, and I’ll be happy to advise you on the safest method.
