The Double Layer Blue Miyuki Necklace explores different shades of blue through a delicate composition of tiny Japanese Miyuki beads. Deep blues, turquoise, soft blue and subtle iridescent tones alternate along the necklace, creating a rich surface that changes gently with the light.

Its generous 142 cm length is designed to wrap twice around the neck, forming two fine layers that fall naturally at slightly different heights. The varied arrangement of the beads gives the design movement and depth while maintaining a clean, refined appearance.

Handmade on coated sterling silver beading wire and finished with a sleek silver-tone tube clasp, the necklace is exceptionally lightweight despite its length. A versatile piece for adding a fine line of color to simple outfits, worn alone or combined with other jewelry.

Care & Maintenance

Every Kimya piece is handcrafted with care and designed to be enjoyed for many years.

To preserve its beauty, avoid prolonged contact with perfumes, creams and household chemicals. When you’re not wearing your jewellery, store it in a dry place, preferably in its box or a soft pouch.

Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time. This is a natural characteristic of the metal and part of its beauty. If you prefer to restore its original shine, gently clean your jewellery with a soft toothbrush using warm water, a little washing-up liquid and a drop of household ammonia. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.

Oxidized silver finishes may gradually soften over time, particularly on rings, bracelets and other pieces that are in frequent contact with the skin. This is a natural characteristic of oxidized silver and part of the way the piece evolves with wear.

As part of my commitment to every piece I create, I offer a complimentary maintenance service for all Kimya jewellery. Whenever needed, I will professionally clean, polish or re-oxidize your jewellery to help restore its original finish and beauty. You only need to cover the shipping costs. This service does not include repairs resulting from accidental damage, misuse or structural damage.

Please note: The cleaning method described above is suitable only for solid sterling silver jewellery. For pieces featuring pearls, coral, wood, textiles, delicate gemstones or other sensitive materials, please get in touch before cleaning, and I’ll be happy to advise you on the safest method.
